Simple pineapple cake

This is very simple to make three ingredients pineapple cake that my husband adores. Prep time is about 20 minutes and all you need is:

500 ml of creme patisserie, 500 gr of canned pineapple pieces and 300 gr of ground biscuits. Put ground biscuits in a bowl and pour half of pineapple juice over it, mix  together with spoon and leave aside. Divide creme patisserie in two bowls in ratio 2/3 and 1/3. First whisk  smaller portion for topping, then larger one for the base. In later add soaked biscuits and whisk for one more minute.
Spread base on a cake stand, put pineapple on base and top with topping.

Saturday morning breakfast eggs

Weekend mornings are the best for preparing healthy meals. This morning I got this amazing idea. It took me about 10-15 minutes from the beginning to this delicious breakfast.
In a frying pen add some drops of corn oil, heat it up on a medium temperature, add ¼ cup of diced onions, ½ cup of diced red bell pepper, ½ cup of corn and fry for 3-4 minutes. Add two eggs, mix it all up and let it sit on a stove. If you eat salted eggs you can add a pinch of salt. When the eggs are almost done add a fistful of chopped rukola leaves. Mix it for a minute and serve on a plate. Top it off with some shredded cheese.

Bon appetite!
